Our Group suffered a severe setback online last month, when our website provider went out of business leaving us not only without a website but also losing control of our domain name.
We have registered this new domain: nh50plus.org to replace the old, and this is where you will find us from now on.
We have also lost all the content from our old website, so bear with us as we gradually fill in the gaps and find some fresh news and content.
Members had the opportunity to join Pilates taster session with bands and balls on 22nd November at Baldock Community Centre. Special exercises were shown with bands and balls to strengthen your muscles and to improve balance. There will be more classes next year.
